Purple Sandpiper

This Purple Sandpiper was photographed on 1-14-2025 at Old Hickory Lake, in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee. There are only 3 other previous reports of this bird in Tennessee. This is the first Purple Sandpiper to be photographed in Tennessee.
